This quote by Andy Stanley doesn’t really need any explanation. What we focus on determines the path we take which results in where we go in life.
Ask yourself: Where’s my focus? Whether we know it or not, it’s leading us down the path we’re on – which can be good or bad – and will determine our destination.
What should that path look like? Each of ours is different, but there’s something they should have in common, according to Colossians.
“…that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God” (Colossians 1:10, NKJV).
Choose a focus that sets your life on the right path, the worthy one, the one pleasing to the Lord.
